Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
1. Loyalty Rewards:
2nd Visit: Receive a free popcorn.
3rd Visit: Receive a free hotdog.
4th Visit: Receive free 5 tokens.
5th Visit: Receive free soda.
6th Visit: Receive free slushy.
7th Visit: Receive free admission.
2. Redemption of Rewards:
Rewards must be redeemed at the time of visit.
The loyalty card must be presented to redeem rewards.
Rewards are subject to availability. If a specific reward item is not available, it will be replaced with an item of similar value at the discretion of the management.
3. Card Expiration and Maintenance:
Loyalty cards are valid for one year from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Rewards must be redeemed within the card’s validity period. Expired cards or unredeemed rewards will not be honored.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards:
The indoor playground is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards. Customers should report a lost card immediately to management.
Replacement cards may be issued at the discretion of management, but rewards associated with a lost card may not be transferred.
5. Program Changes:
The indoor playground reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty card program at any time with or without notice.
Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through appropriate channels.
