This includes your room for 1.5 hours hours and you are allowed to setup 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You must be out of your room after the 1.5 hours, this includes all décor and gifts. This will allow us to thoroughly clean the room and have it set for the next scheduled party. If you are not out of the room at your scheduled time you will be billed $25 for each additional 5 minutes.
Deposits are needed to confirm all reservations. Balance of payment required 5 days prior to the event.

For non-themed party, regular solid colored tableware will be included.

Themed party will be supplied with themed tableware and happy birthday banner.

Each room includes table and chairs. In addition, one 4′ table that can be used for gifts and cake.

Party staff will help in both setup and cleanup. However, please note that they do not oversee the party or engage in activities with the children.

DECORATIONS

If you intend to hang anything on the wall, only painter's tape is permitted. (You must supply your own painter's tape.)

Only foil balloons are allowed. (No latex ballons)

Piñata, silly strings , confetti balloons, and confetti are NOT ALLOWED in the facility, fines may apply for clean-up.

All décor & gifts must be kept in the designated party area keeping the play area clean & safe.
BOOKING CHANGE

changes can be made 7 days prior to the event, subject to availability.

E-mail or call us for change requests. We will try to respond within 24-48 hours. If we don't reply, it means changes are not confirmed.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION

we will email you if your preferred date and time is available, if it's not available we will email you with available options.

once date and time is confirmed we will email you with deposit payment link

we will email you for confirmation and will email you one more time to remind you of the event and you need to email back to confirm.

Balance of payment required 5 days prior to the event.

Please ensure prompt arrival for your designated room time. Regrettably, we cannot offer compensation for any time lost. The check-in procedure typically lasts around 10 minutes, so we kindly advise arriving a bit early to allow for this.

To ensure a clean and safe environment, only non-saucy, non-liquid foods are permitted in our birthday rooms. Please avoid soups, stews, or heavily sauced dishes. We encourage serving finger foods that are easy to eat and minimize the risk of spills. Food and drinks should remain within the designated birthday room area. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any spills immediately, and non-compliance may result in additional cleaning fees.
